We are looking for an experienced and responsible Head Security / Regional Security Manager to manage security operations, security personnel and manpower deployment across assigned locations. Requirements Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred. 4-5 years of relevant field experience in a Security Services / Security Agency company is mandatory. Experience handling security guards and manpower deployment is mandatory. Experience managing multiple client sites will be preferred. Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle operational and emergency situations. Basic MS Office and reporting knowledge. Physically fit, disciplined and responsible. Important: Candidates with only in-house security experience will not be preferred.
