Refund & Cancellation

1. Non-Refundable Nature

Since Jobfer.in provides immediate digital access to our premium recruitment features and candidates matching search systems, all purchases of the job posting packages are **strictly non-refundable**. Once a payment is completed and credits are issued, they cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or transferred to another account.

2. Failed Transactions & Double Debits

In rare events where your bank account is debited but payment fails to reach Jobfer.in (resulting in no credits added):

Automatic Reversals: Razorpay automatically detects incomplete handshakes and initiates a charge reversal within **5 to 7 business days**.

Manual Auditing: You can write to our helpdesk at **support@jobfer.in** with the transaction ID/payment proof for quick clearance.

3. Plan Cancellations & Expiry

Employers can choose not to purchase additional job posting packages at any time. Active balances remain valid for exactly **30 days** from purchase. Any unused credits remaining after the 30-day window automatically expire and cannot be cancelled or carried over.
