- **Jobseekers**: Full Name, Email Address, Contact Numbers, Educational history, Skill tags, and uploaded Resume attachments (PDF/Docx).
- **Employers**: Corporate email, verified representative phone, Company Name, and Business KYC credentials (such as verification document numbers).
- **Transaction details**: Purchase logs, Razorpay Payment IDs, and successful plan status strings. **We do not store credit card numbers** on our servers; card operations are securely processed via Razorpay.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your processed information is strictly used to maintain platform stability and service accuracy:
- AI Resume Parsing: Translating uploaded documents to auto-populate profiles.
- Hiring Connects: Enabling verified companies to search, shortlist, and contact matching local candidates.
- Limit Enforcements: Verifying remaining job posts balance and plan validity.
3. Data Sharing & Security
Your private profiles are never sold, rented, or distributed to marketing aggregators. Candidate details are only revealed to **verified, audited employers** actively listing paid jobs on our platform. We employ standard Postgres Row Level Security (RLS) and SSL transport encryption protocols to lock and protect database states.
