1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Jobfer.in(referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By registering, accessing, or using our recruitment website and related services, you agree to be bound by these User Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
2. Account Registration & Audits
To access specialized features, you must register as either a **Jobseeker** or an **Employer**. You represent and warrant that all information provided during signup is accurate, up-to-date, and honest.
Employer Auditing: Employers must submit valid company credentials (including Company Registration, PAN, and representative proofs).
Approval Status: Posting active job posts or viewing resume databases is restricted until our Admin and HR team successfully verifies the business.
3. Subscription Fee & Job Posting
Employers utilize a pay-per-job post subscription program on Jobfer.in.
- Job Listing Charge: A standard flat fee per job post applies as listed on the platform pricing page.
- Plan Expiry: Every purchased job post comes with a maximum **validity of 30 days** from the transaction date. Any unused posts balance after 30 days automatically expires.
- Auto-Decrement: The platform automatically deducts 1 job credit from the active balance immediately upon successful post creation.
- Taxes & Razorpay: Transactions are processed via Razorpay. Prices are exclusive of any card charges and subject to standard GST calculations.
4. Prohibited Platform Usage
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform for:
- Listing fake job posts, deceptive consulting offers, or unauthorized commissions.
- Scraping candidate profiles, bulk-downloading resumes, or using automated API bots.
- Distributing offensive materials, spam messages, or violating employee regional protections.
⚠️ Violating these restrictions will trigger instant profile blacklisting without refund.
