Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager with 4-5 years of HR experience and relevant experience in the Automobile Sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, attendance, performance management, manpower planning and HR documentation. Required Qualifications Graduation in any discipline is mandatory. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred. 4-5 years of HR experience with Automobile Sector experience mandatory. Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Knowledge of employee relations and HR documentation. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software/tools.
