Experience: 3-5 Years in Automobile Sales Minimum 6+ Years Total Work Experience Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 + ₹5,000 Incentive on Target Completion Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the showroom sales team Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales Build and maintain strong customer relationships Monitor sales performance and prepare reports Plan and execute sales strategies to increase revenue Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
