Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the real estate sales team. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Generate new business opportunities and high-value leads. Monitor daily sales performance and guide team members. Conduct customer meetings and project presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis. Coordinate with management to improve sales processes and customer experience.
