Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow-ups, lead communication and basic customer coordination. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Follow up with leads and customers. Explain company services clearly and professionally. Handle basic customer queries. Maintain customer and calling records. Coordinate with the internal team regarding leads. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Maintain professional communication with customers.
